What is the difference between "problem - samasya" and "injustice - anyay"?
No access to education/skill is a problem. Providing access is a solution. But why is there no access in the first place? Why no access to under-privileged? And why skills in the first place? To serve whom? Why the design by corporate headed sector skill councils, with no participation/voice of those are to be skilled? What is the big picture? What are the politics behind our policies? What is my role in the "development sector - vikas kshetra"? What and whom is this development for? What is my work? To work on the problem or to work on the injustice?
It has been so easy to provide solutions at scale. It takes loads of courage to speak about injustice and work for bringing justice which is a right. Because, at my home, in my personal life, I have no problems and I have solutions too, but injustice still prevails. So, I have to work on myself first. Come out empowered to actually start empowering others. Or it is a mutual journey of drawing inspiration with each other.
